COIN students work with students to prepare them for personal and professional life, including:

- Life skills and lessons
- Career readiness

Students attend a day visit with their

family to learn more about the company, location and the job opportunity.

Drumline

An inaugural student program, the drumline is a group of young men and women eagerly participating in weekly percussion, instruction, and mentoring.



Students work with COIN to engage in the arts and have the opportunity to perform and showcase their talent within the community.

Young Men's Club

COIN mentors young male students at Hilton Head High School and in the Blufton community.



Students work with COIN coaches to prepare for personal and professional life.



Based on career aspirations, COIN works with local industries to find sustaining career opportunities.
