Leadership Training Program

The six-session youth leadership and career readiness program equips participants with essential skills in communication, teamwork, goal setting, professionalism, decision-making, resume building, interview preparation and career exploration to help them grow into confident leaders and prepare for future academic and workforce success.

Key outcomes to the program include improved financial literacy, job readiness, and other key foundations.

Men's Group

A group of men from all walks of life to learn from scripture. They discuss and apply learning into becoming better men, community leaders, and gain a better understanding of the male identity in the 21st century.

The group consists of about 20 men and comes together once a month



Young Men's Club

COIN mentors young male students at Hilton Head High School and in the Blufton community.



Students work with COIN coaches to prepare for personal and professional life.



Based on career aspirations, COIN works with local industries to find sustaining career opportunities.
